We're decorated for the holidays and ready to host your family's celebration! Equipped with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, hot tub, and an indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool, this premium property is a unique choice for your Smoky Mountain experience! Create forever memories with your loved ones in this peaceful setting overlooking the mountains.

***NOTE: Please DO NOT touch/move the logs in the fireplace! Moving them out of position can cause the fireplace to stop working properly. A $75 service charge will be assessed if a service call is required during or immediately after your stay because the logs have been moved out of place.

PARKING

***Note - if you have a very large group, Smoke on the Water's sister cabin "Elevation" - located directly next door - can be rented together with Smoke on the Water for large gatherings. Please inquire if you're interested in renting both cabins together.

RULES AND OTHER ITEMS:
- Signed rental agreement is MANDATORY, any booking that has not signed agreement within 48 hours of confirmed booking will be canceled
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed on the property (no tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc). A $500 fine will be assessed for any guest who is found to be smoking on the property, to cover the cost of additional cleaning and deodorizing treatments due to smoke damage.
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic. Exposure to animal hair, dander, feathers, etc., poses a severe health hazard to the host's family members, and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. If you arrive with a pet, you will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled without refund, and a $500 fee will be assessed.
- Check-in/Check-out Times: My cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window in which to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best possible work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
